Slow Down to Get Around legislation now passed in five states

Video from the ceremonial bill-signing in Martinsburg, West Virginia, of "Slow Down to Get Around" legislation encouraging safer driving around sanitation trucks. Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin made West Virginia the fifth state in the U.S. to pass some form of law protecting waste and recycling vehicle operators on the job.
