DESCRIPTION:

Climate change can seem like an impossible challenge. However, there are many simple, sustainable solutions that can make a huge difference. So, planting a garden not only helps the environment, but it can also save you a trip to the supermarket or doctor’s office.

The garden produces a wide variety of herbs and vegetables such as tomatoes, bell peppers, mint, basil, spinach, oregano, parsley, and lettuce. Now the Center enjoys lunches together that consist of delicious caprese sandwiches, and the best Greek salads you ever tasted.
