World Merit Day 2014 sees global activist icon Malala Yousafzai headline a menu of truly inspirational speakers at the 'What Matters' conference.
Thousands of young people will head to Liverpool's BT Convention Centre on July 24th for an event that will undoubtedly define many future life journeys. This unique 14 hour event consisting of conference, concert and entertainment will provoke thought to inspire, connect and engage young global citizens.
The day will CONVENE global citizens, IDENTIFY potential leaders, INCREASE collaborative capacity, CURATE a mutually support community and ACCELERATE impact.

Other leading guests include Lord Hastings (Global Head of Citizenship, KPMG), Katie Piper (speaker and philanthropist), Jack Healey (former Director of Amnesty International), Margaret Aspinall (justice campaigner), Felix Finkbeiner (climate change campaigner) and many, many more.
Life building workshop themes include 'special' inspirational talks, an 'Uprising Hub', 'Doing Well by Doing Good' in business, human rights, education & employment,confidence building and film + music rooms.
